In December 2025, listing agents JLL and DCR sourced and landed a known financial services tenant in approx. 3,700 SF.\u00a0 Leasing value of approx. $750,000.\u00a0 Additional details to be provided after tenant announces their occupancy.<\/p>\n

In July 2025, Regus committed to multi year extension of approx. 12,000 SF.\u00a0 Deal value of $2.2 million dollars.\u00a0 \u00a0JLL and DCR are landlord representation for this assignment.<\/p>\n

In March 2025, DCR represented this user (again) in a 1,400 SF, multi-year lease renewal.\u00a0 Mark Lindsay of Lindsay Commercial represented the landlord.<\/p>\n

GCG Wealth Management committed to a five+ year extension of 4,370 SF in 1Q25.\u00a0 JLL and DCR are landlord representation for this assignment.<\/p>\n

LEASED 4Q24 (Tenant Representation): <\/strong>Retail \/ Office Lease @ 1701 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

DCR originally sourced this 2,167 SF retail location for the DMV in 2015.\u00a0 In Nov 2024, DCR represented this user for a lease renewal at this same location.\u00a0 DCR has represented this franchisee for a decade via an(other) established long term relationship of Sean Dowell.\u00a0 Mark Lindsay of Lindsay Commercial represented the landlord.<\/p>\n

LEASED 2Q24 (Landlord Representation):<\/strong> Retail \/ Office @ 3512 East Wendover Avenue, Greensboro, NC.<\/p>\n

Long time tenant Nationwide terminates their lease in 1Q24 due to the principals\u2019 retirement.\u00a0 DCR releases this 1,100 SF space by June 2024 to a medical office user Bellamy Family Healthcare.<\/p>\n

LEASED 1Q23 (Landlord Representation):<\/strong> Retail \/ Office Lease @ 4101 Burlington Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

In Feb 2023, DCR leased 1,400 SF of retail \/ office space to Pronto Health PLLC, a medical care provider.\u00a0 In 1Q24 and after a one year trial period, this lease is renewed in a multiple year deal.<\/p>\n

LEASED 2Q22 (Landlord Representation):<\/strong> Office Lease @ 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro<\/a> (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

In June 2022, DCR and JLL leased 9,500 SF of Class A office space.\u00a0 This required moving first floor tenant NAU to the third floor in order to give Allen Tate this full 9K+ SF space. \u00a0 This was an over ten year transaction valued at $2,650,000+.\u00a0 Savills represented the tenant.\u00a0 This deal work is later awarded a Costar Power Broker Award.<\/a><\/p>\n

SOLD 3Q21 (Buyer Representation):<\/strong> Office Sale @ 222 South Swing Road, unit 6 in Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

Working in tandem with Brady Commercial Properties, DCR represented a State Farm user in the purchase of a 2,800 SF office condo.\u00a0 NAI Piedmont Triad represented the seller.<\/p>\n

In mid 2019, DCR again represented landlord Fortune 500 insurance company QBE with partner Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).\u00a0 The team leased approx. 4,500 SF of class A office space to a professional services firm represented by another \u201cBig 3\u201d brokerage group.\u00a0 Lease work valued at $1,200,000+.<\/p>\n

LEASED 1Q19 (Landlord Representation)<\/strong>: Office Lease @ 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

In partnership with JLL, Dowell Commercial represented landlord Fortune 500 insurance company QBE.\u00a0 The team leased approx. 6,900 SF to a financial services firm represented by Insite Properties<\/a> of Charlotte.\u00a0 Lease work valued at over $1,100,000+.<\/p>\n

LEASE RENEWAL 3Q18 (Landlord Representation)<\/strong>: Office Lease @ 3512 East Wendover Avenue, Suite B in Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

DCR represented landlord Bryant Properties in a multiple year lease renewal of Nationwide Insurance.<\/p>\n

LEASED 2Q18 (Tenant Representation)<\/strong>: Retail \/ Office Lease @ 1917 & 1919 NC 119 Highway, Mebane 27302 (Alamance County)<\/p>\n

In partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, Dowell Commercial represented Kelly Services<\/a> in the leasing of 2,400 SF of retail \/ office space at the Mebane Ridge Marketplace Shopping Center.\u00a0 Kelly Services is a publicly traded company with locations on six continents and 6,700+ US employees.\u00a0 This center is owned by David Morton, who represented himself in the transaction.<\/p>\n

SOLD 1Q18 (Buyer Representation)<\/strong>: Medical Office Purchase @ Lake Jeanette Office Park, Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

Lance Wood represented a neurologist in search of move in ready space for his established practice.\u00a0 DCR identified a space of approx. 2,500 SF that had previously been used by a plastic surgeon and finished to a very high standard. Due to outside influences client had unexpected out of country travel and Lance Wood managed to move up inspection and closing schedule to facilitate buyers timing requirements.\u00a0 Property closed for a little under half a million dollars.<\/p>\n

LEASED 4Q17 (Tenant Representation)<\/strong>: Medical Office Lease @ 500-g East Cornwallis Drive, Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

Lance Wood and Seth Hall represented a pain management doctor in search of a 1,400 SF new consultation office. \u00a0 This was a turnkey deal with landlord improvements.\u00a0 Equity Commercial Properties\u2019 Bonnie Rimmer represented the landlord on this transaction.<\/p>\n

LEASED 3Q17 (Tenant Representation)<\/strong>: Office Lease @ 132 & 136 Baker Road, Archdale (Randolph County)<\/p>\n

Lance Wood and Sean Dowell represented a home healthcare services company in leasing 2,200 SF of office space. \u00a0 Space will be used for back office operations and was a turn key deal with landlord buildout.\u00a0 Price Commercial\u2019s Ryan Eversol represented the landlord on this transaction.<\/p>\n

LEASED 4Q15 (Landlord Representation)<\/strong>: Office Lease at 717 Green Valley Road, Greensboro (Guilford County)<\/p>\n

Representing insurance company QBE as property owner, Dowell Commercial in co-operation with international brokerage firm JLL renewed a 16,299 SF professional office tenant for a seven+ year term.\u00a0 This lease work is valued at over $3 million dollars in rents over the term.<\/p>\n

LEASED 4Q14 (Tenant Representation) <\/strong>Office Lease at 152 Baker Road, Archdale \/ High Point (Randolph County)
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dowell Commercial Realty represented K-Love<\/a> in the renewal of a small, Class A back office location outside of High Point.\u00a0 This is the second K-Love transaction of DCR and was a client referred by commercial brokerage firm Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2012.<\/p>\n

Dowell Commercial Realty\u2019s Sean Dowell represented an undisclosed\u00a0user\u00a0in the renewal of 106,799 SF of Class A office space in Greensboro NC.\u00a0 This transaction was done in partnership with international brokerage firm, Cushman & Wakefield.<\/p>\n
